Dear Sir,
It has just been reported to me that you have arrived in hospital in this country, and I sincerely trust that, with the skilled attention and care that you will receive, you will make rapid progress and completely recover.

As I receive may enquiries by cable and letter from New Zealand, concerning our lads in hospital, I should be glad to receive, upon the enclosed postcard, the name and address of your next of kin, so that it may be recorded by me for future reference.

I am, dear Sir,
Yours faithfully
