Dear Mother,
Still here and still in bed. The bronchitus is a good bit better, but I still get pains in my legs. The chap next to me took me for forty years old yesterday and couldn’t believe I was only a little more than half of it. My legs sometimes feel the age he thought. I have had no letters from anyone since writing last.
